Makati City, Philippines – Malate Construction and Development Corporation (MCDC) subsidiary, Ovialand Inc., formally signs Security Bank as its partner bank for its latest development, Terrazza de Sto. Tomas.

The 5.8-hectare property located in first-class municipality Sto. Tomas, Batangas is Ovialand’s latest premier housing project after Vermont Place.

According to Zenaida Ong, First Vice President of Security Bank, “MCDC’s reputation is what made us reach out to them. This will be the second time we will be working with the company. Our first project with them went so well so the trust is definitely there.”

Ovialand, Inc. Business Unit Head Fatima Olivares-Vital added, “Security Bank really brings a lot to the table. They provide us full support, from the start of the project all the way to the end buyer financing. We are very pleased to work with them.”

In addition to development funding, Security Bank will be offering contract to sell financing and consumer lending to the company.
