Southern Luzon, which Pammy Olivares-Vital said is “proving to be a very lucrative market for real estate.”
Vital is business unit head at Ovialand, which held its press conference for the Southern Luzon development called Terrazza de Sto Tomas during the torrential downpour today that seemed to drive home the point: The stress of living in a flooded, congested city makes relocating to the south very attractive.
“Southern Luzon is among the top three growth areas to watch out for,” said Vital about the strategic location of Ovialand’s newest residential subdivision in Sto Tomas, Batangas.
